These terms and conditions apply between Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS and the person who himself or through someone else orders/pays for a campsite at Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS. The orderer/payer is stated as "Customer" in the terms and conditions. The supplier is listed as "Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS".
The order/payment applies to the rental of a campsite at Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS.
Customers/guests at Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS are obliged to follow Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS [#i#]"Rules".
To book and pay for a campsite on the website xx.xx.no,the customer must be at least 18 years old. In order to complete the payment of the fee, a bank card or Vipps and BankId or equivalent are required. Payment is made directly, also when ordering.
The price includes renting the campsite, booking fee and any connection (including consumption) of electricity.
All places are booked from 12.00 to 12.00.
Stated space includes safety distances of up to 4 meters to neighbours. The safety distance also applies to fixed installations such as awnings, etc.
Caravan cars are parked in the designated space to maintain a safety distance of 4 metres.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the information on the order confirmation is correct. Order confirmation is sent via e-mail and as a text message (SMS). In the event of an error, Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of confirmation, however no later than 24 hours before arrival.
All prices are in NOK and include VAT.
Cancellation can only be done online via the link in the email confirmation. The customer can cancel up to 14 days before the start of the stay and get a refund of the booking value.
The cancellation fee (NOK 30) is not refunded in case of cancellation.
The customer takes care of the protection that the customer considers necessary, such as liability, vehicle, accident and luggage insurance.
Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS is not responsible for damage or loss caused by third parties, nor for assets left behind.
Other obligations and rules of procedure
The customer undertakes to take good care of the rental object and the facility, follow the rules of order, instructions and regulations that apply, and ensure that fellow travelers/own visitors do the same.
Between 22.00 and 08.00 the customer/guests must exercise the greatest consideration and silence towards other guests.
Regulations for safety distances when setting up caravans and mobile homes must be followed. The distance between two units must be at least four metres.
Instructions for source sorting of rubbish must be followed. Please note that only household waste is handled at Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS.
Payment of the fee takes place online.

Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS reserves the right to send information and marketing via e-mail or SMS on special occasions.
In case of bad weather/storm with winds exceeding 28 m/s, the caravan campsite and area will be closed. Everyone must then leave the area with their vehicles and belongings. The area will be closed off with barriers. SMS and email will be sent to those who have bookings during this period. The amount for the period when the caravan campsite is closed will be refunded.
This is an agreement drawn up between the customer (orderer) and Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS.
The agreement ends with immediate effect if:
Contact us with any complaints. Remember that the chances of the matter being rectified can be reduced if the customer delays the complaint.
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and other events that can be considered force majeure, Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS can terminate the agreement, whereby customers and guests must be notified as quickly as possible. In such cases, Reineholmen Hotell Eiendom AS is obliged to refund the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit obtained from the site.
